Delivery
For mainland France and Belgium, delivery is free for orders over €115 to Chronopost Shop2Shop points. For orders under €115, delivery costs €4.99 via Chronopost Shop2Shop.
Outside metropolitan France and the countries listed above, delivery costs range from €5 to €15 (incl. VAT), depending on the destination country.
For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. These are at your expense and will be charged to you upon delivery of your parcel by the local customs office.
Exchange
In Metropolitan France and Belgium, shipping costs are free for an exchange only. However, they are at your expense for a refund. Outside Metropolitan France, shipping costs are your responsibility. For your return request to be accepted, it must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
For purchases made during the month of December, returns are accepted until the end of January.
