Delivery
For mainland France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, delivery is free for orders over €100 to Mondial Relay points. For orders under €100, delivery costs €2.99 via Mondial Relay.
Outside metropolitan France and the countries listed above, delivery costs range from €5 to €15 (incl. VAT), depending on the destination country.
For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. These are at your expense and will be charged to you upon delivery of your parcel by the local customs office.
Exchange
In metropolitan France, postage is free for exchanges only. However, you must pay shipping costs for a refund. Outside metropolitan France, shipping costs are at your expense.
For purchases made during the month of December, returns are accepted until the end of January.
