What are the delivery methods offered?
We offer the point of withdrawal and delivery to your home with signature.

How to track the routing of your orders?
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped, accompanied by tracking number of the package.

How much are the delivery costs?
In mainland France, we offer delivery and return postage.
Excluding metropolitan France, delivery and forwarding costs range from 5€ to 30€ TTC depending on the country of destination.

How much are the return costs?
In mainland France, shipping costs are offered for a shoe size exchange. However, they are your responsibility for a refund.
Outside mainland France, shipping costs are your responsibility.

What are the conditions of return?
You have the possibility to be paid back or exchange the product (s) bought by another model of the same value, subject to the limit of available stocks, within 30 days days after receiving your order. For Christmas, returns are accepted until January 31st.

How to condition the products to return?
We ask you to return the products in new condition and in their original packaging in a single package (shoe box, second pair of laces, paper, labels, etc.). For the return to be accepted, the pair must be new, not have been worn and only tested indoors on a clean surface, be in its original packaging in full, and the shoe box must be returned in a carton.

How to proceed to an exchange?
To return your order, go to your account and follow these steps. If you do not have a customer account (guest account), please send an email to to request your return.


Then print the return slip and place it in the box that protects the shoe box during the return.

In mainland France and in the case of a return for shoe size exchange only, upon receipt of this return request we will send you the return label by email.

For all other cases, the return costs are your responsibility. Please return the package to the address below.

You can follow the progress of your return in the "goods return" section on your customer account. Once we have received and verified that your products are in good condition, we will send you the exchange product (s) or we will reimburse you. A refund or shipping confirmation email with the package tracking code will then be sent to you.
