In metropolitan France:

- Colissimo home & relay, in 3 to 4 working days: 5€ TTC / offered from 75€ of purchase

- DPD relay, in 2 to 3 working days: 5€ TTC

- Chronopost home, in 1 to 2 working days: 10€ TTC

Outside metropolitan France, delivery costs range from 5€ to 15€ TTC depending on the destination country.

For countries outside the European Union, it is possible that customs fees are applied. They are at your charge and will be asked to you at the delivery of your parcel by the customs office of the country.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped, along with the tracking number of the package.

In metropolitan France, shipping costs are free for an exchange only. On the other hand, they are at your expense for a refund. Outside of France, shipping costs are at your expense.

You have the possibility to be reimbursed within 14 days, or to exchange the purchased product(s) by another model of the same value, subject to the limit of available stocks, within 30 days after reception of your order. For Christmas, returns are accepted until January 31st.

We ask you to return us, in a single package, the products in their new condition and in their original packaging (shoe box, second pair of laces, do paper, labels,...). For the return to be accepted, the pair must be new, not dirty, not worn and only tried on inside on a clean surface, be in its complete original packaging, and the shoe box must be returned in a box.

Don't panic, you have 30 days from the reception of your order to return the pair to be exchanged. In addition, the return and reshipment costs are at our charge. To do this, simply fill out the return form below indicating the desired exchange. Then access your customer area on our website to download the return label to stick on the packaging. Do not forget to attach the return form before closing your package! Finally, drop off the package at any post office. It's convenient!

Once we have received and verified the good condition of your products, we will send you the exchange product(s). A shipping confirmation email with the tracking code of the new package will then be sent to you. For any question, please send an email to sav@ngo-shoes.com

Do not forget to attach this return form before closing your package! Finally, drop off the package at any post office. We will reimburse you as soon as we receive and validate your return, deducting 8€25 for return shipping.

The error is human! In case of defect or error of packing of our fact, you have 14 days as from the reception of your order to return your parcel to us. Obviously, the return costs are at our charge. All you have to do is contact us at sav@ngo-shoes.com and explain the situation and attach a photo of the defective item. We will be there to find a solution and send you a return label.
