For metropolitan France only, delivery is free for orders over €80 for all Mondial Relay and GLS shipments to your home or relay point. For orders under €80, delivery costs €2.99 via Mondial Relay.
Outside metropolitan France, delivery costs range from €5 to €15 (incl. VAT), depending on the destination country.
For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. These are at your expense and will be charged to you upon delivery of your parcel by the local customs office.Â
ExchangeÂ
In metropolitan France, postage is free for exchanges only. However, you must pay shipping costs for a refund. Outside metropolitan France, shipping costs are at your expense.
For purchases made during the month of December, returns are accepted until the end of January.
