Delivery
For metropolitan France only, delivery is free for orders over 75€ for all Colissimo shipments to your home or to a relay point. For orders under 75€, the delivery fee is 5€.
Outside metropolitan France, delivery costs range from 5€ to 15€ including tax depending on the destination country.
For countries outside the European Union, it is possible that customs fees are applied. They are at your expense and will be requested upon delivery of your package by the customs office of the country.
Exchange
In metropolitan France, shipping costs are free for an exchange only. On the other hand, they are at your expense for a refund. Outside metropolitan France, the shipping costs are at your expense.
