Waterproofing before the first use, with a regular renewal, will protect the leather, avoid color fading, and increase durability. If your shoes have been in the rain, do not dry them under a radiator or under the sun. In this case, the leather may crack, shrink and become yellow. Let the shoes air-dry and remove the sock liner.
We know it is hard for you to stop wearing your N'go because of their comfort, but avoid wearing a pair of shoes two days consecutively. The moisture released by perspiration harms the leather. Even the N'go sometimes need some rest. Since our shoes are partly hand-woven, they are not adapted for a machine washing; it could damage the materials. To eliminate stains, opt for hand washing with cold water and soap.

C'est bien la première fois que je prends l'initiative de mettre un avis négatif. J'ai reçu mes baskets avec de la moisissure partout! J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail, cependant je n'ai reçu aucune réponse ! J'ai attendu plusieurs jours avant de poster ce commentaire, pensant que j'allais recevoir d'autres baskets et surtout une réponse. Je me retrouve avec des chaussures payées mais inutilisables! C'est ce que l'on appelle du vol! Je vous remercie.

Les chaussures semblent bien faites et ma semelle rentre dedans. La couleur est belle et j'avais vraiment besoin de scratch. La forme n'est pas très épurée. On peut les porter avec un pantalon style jeans, mais cela marche moins bien avec une robe ou une jupe.

Our sneakers (Saigon, Ho tay and Hue) are made in Vietnam at Dai Luc Dong Nai, a workshop audited and certified to guarantee good working and safety conditions for employees, fair pay and decent working hours. For the Mai Chau model, the sneakers are made at NVS.
Each year, we donate 2% of our turnover to the NGO Sao Bien for the construction of primary and elementary schools in remote, marginalized and often difficult to access areas of Vietnam.

The greenhouse gas footprint is expressed in kilograms of CO₂ equivalent, and was calculated using the methodology and data of ADEME (Agence de la transition écologique).
