Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous rencontrons Caroline Stouls, experte en r\u00e9flexologie et soins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques qui nous livre ses conseils et astuces pour se d\u00e9tendre et se sentir bien au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que la r\u00e9flexologie des pieds ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9flexologie plantaire est une technique naturelle pour apaiser et d\u00e9tendre l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisme. Cette pratique naturelle vise \u00e0 soulager les tensions \u00e9motionnelles (peur, angoisse, pens\u00e9es r\u00e9currentes, burn-out&#8230;) et physiques (douleurs dans le corps, digestion&nbsp;difficile,&nbsp;probl\u00e8mes de&nbsp;menstruation&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"c-artcl__advice\">\n\t<p class=\"u-h5 c-artcl-advice__title\"><\/p>\n\t<p class=\"c-artcl-advice__content\">\u00ab\u00a0On ne gu\u00e9rit pas en r\u00e9flexologie mais on accompagne\u00a0vers une meilleure\u00a0gestion de la douleur,\u00a0un apaisement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du corps et une lib\u00e9ration des tensions. Mon objectif est d&rsquo;accompagner chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire vers la voie du mieux-\u00eatre.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Les effets se font ressentir d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance. Tous les dimanches, devant la t\u00e9l\u00e9, il suffit d&rsquo;un petit massage sur ses pieds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si la cartographie pr\u00e9cise du pied vous est inconnue, elle nous livre une technique pour comprendre ce qui relie votre pied \u00e0 votre corps. Les orteils correspondent \u00e0 la t\u00eate et au visage, les articulations \u00e0 la zone thoracique, le creux du pied au syst\u00e8me digestif et le talon aux hanches, fessiers et jambes. De haut en bas finalement ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gestes de massage \u00e0 appliquer sont des lissages de gauche \u00e0 droite ou de haut en bas avec quelques pressions. Chaque geste est \u00e0 faire au moins 30 secondes. Il suffit d\u2019analyser la peau de ses pieds. Pour se pr\u00e9parer au mieux \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de l&rsquo;hiver tout en apaisant la fatigue chronique qu&rsquo;on peut ressentir \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, la r\u00e9flexologie est une bonne pratique pour r\u00e9duire le stress et booster ses d\u00e9fenses immunitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour conclure, la r\u00e9flexologie m\u00e9rite une place de choix dans notre routine de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre. Prendre soin de ses pieds, c&rsquo;est finalement prendre soin de soi-m\u00eame dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, du corps \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit.
